Ingredients :
- 1 Egg
- ⅓ C. Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 ½ Tbsp. Heavy whipping cream
- 1 Tbsp. Almond flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mini waffle iron
Instructions :
- Heat up your mini waffle iron.
- Mix together the ingredients in a mixing bowl until well combined.
- Place half of the batter mixture into the mini waffle maker, and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the chaffle is done to your liking.
- Remove the first chaffle from the mini waffle iron, and place the other half of the batter in to cook.
- Eat your chaffles alone, or create a sandwich with your favorite keto-friendly toppings. We used ours to create a turkey blt.
