Total Time: 10 Minutes,Servings: 1 Servings

Ingredients :

  • 1 Egg
  • ⅓ C. Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. Heavy whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Almond flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mini waffle iron

Instructions :

  • Heat up your mini waffle iron.
  • Mix together the ingredients in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  • Place half of the batter mixture into the mini waffle maker, and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the chaffle is done to your liking.
  • Remove the first chaffle from the mini waffle iron, and place the other half of the batter in to cook.
  • Eat your chaffles alone, or create a sandwich with your favorite keto-friendly toppings. We used ours to create a turkey blt.
